As Exodus: God’s and Kings opened this past weekend in movie theatres across the country it was preceded by the flap of more controversy caused by the comments of Rupert Murdoch CEO of 21st Century Fox . On twitter, Murdoch not seemingly understanding what all the fuss was about stated, “Moses film attacked on twitter for all white cast. Since when are Egyptians not white? All I know are.” Murdoch’s comment defy comprehension as he manifest ignorance as to the people who would have been inhabiting and ruling Egypt during the time of Moses which is obviously thousands of years ago and do not account for the conquering presence of whites into Egypt as Turks during the rise of the Ottoman empire. Also, he apparently does not know a lot of people in Egypt which surely still contain a residue of its original dark inhabitants overrun by the mulatto intermediary racial offspring of the native Egyptians and white Turks. Murdoch’s comment additionally validates my point about whites dwelling in the pyramid of Ham and by that I mean they have taken over the identity of a people biblically and historically designated as Black.
In my last article “Sons of Ham”, I made the point of stating that when God created Adam he would have created him dark brown or Black for the simple reason that melanin protects the skin from the damaging rays of the sun. Thus, the question that naturally arises is where does white skin come from? This is a question that scientist like to theorize and address in their quest for the origins of man particularly if they are working from a theory of evolution. It is not one that I particularly ever thought about until a couple of years ago and thought it an interesting query. One theory that I have heard and read about was that white skin evolved from that of being black in order to be able to produce vitamin D from the sun in cooler climates. But this theory is without merit because even if you ascribe to theory of evolution it would make little to no sense for nature to give you one deficiency to compensate for another.
The other proposition is albinism. This one is more logical because albinism is generally defined as a lack of pigmentation in the skin, hair and eyes. According to , "many types of albinism exist all of which involve lack of pigment in varying degrees." Also, it states “ although people with albinism may experience a variety of eye problems, one of the myths about albinism is that it causes people to have pink or red eyes. In fact people with albinism can have irises varying from light gray to blue to brown." They also noted that it is a condition that can lead to skin cancer later in life. It is common knowledge that white people who are out in the sun a lot without sunscreen are prone to skin cancer in their latter years or even sooner. The actor Hugh Jackman is a recent example of this. He has had skin cancer three times and now urges others to use sunscreen. What makes the difference as to whether a white person will get skin cancer is the level of melanin in their genetics. Obviously, if they have a relative in their family who was of the black and brown races they may be more resistant to skin cancer.
Additionally, according to www.albinism.org “Recent research has used analysis of DNA, the chemical that encodes genetic information, to arrive at a more precise classification system for albinism. Four forms of OCA are now recognized – OCA1, OCA2, OCA3 and OCA4; some are further divided into subtypes.
- Oculocutaneous albinism type 1 (OCA1 or tyrosinase-related albinism) results from a genetic defect in an enzyme called tyrosinase (hence ‘ty’ above). This enzyme helps the body to change the amino acid tyrosine into pigment. (An amino acid is a “building block” of protein.) There are two subtypes of OCA1. In OCA1A, the enzyme is inactive and no melanin is produced, leading to white hair and very light skin. In OCA1B, the enzyme is minimally active and a small amount of melanin is produced, leading to hair that may darken to blond, yellow/orange or even light brown, as well as slightly more pigment in the skin.
- Oculocutaneous albinism type 2 (OCA2 or P gene albinism) results from a genetic defect in the P protein that helps the tyrosinase enzyme to function. Individuals with OCA2 make a minimal amount of melanin pigment and can have hair color ranging from very light blond to brown.
- Oculocutaneous albinism type 3 (OCA3) is rarely described and results from a genetic defect in TYRP1, a protein related to tyrosinase. Individuals with OCA3 can have substantial pigment.
- Oculocutaneous albinism type 4 (OCA4) results from a genetic defect in the SLC45A2 protein that helps the tyrosinase enzyme to function. Individuals with OCA4 make a minimal amount of melanin pigment similar to persons with OCA2.
As a point of reference, last year on October 22, 2013 a little girl dubbed a “blond angel” was thought to be kidnapped by a Roma gypsy couple. The article can be found at www.scmp.com and elsewhere. She was removed from their custody and the search was on for her real parents. The couple denied kidnapping her as they claimed they had adopted her. When the little girl’s biological mother was found, it was revealed that she was one of several albino children but that her mother gave her away because she was too poor to keep her. Her mother and father were also Roma gypsy with her mother having darker light brown skin. What is notable about this incidence is other white people nor anyone else could not tell she was an albino.
The little girl looked liked any white European child with blonde hair and blue eyes. It seemed she would fit into the OCA2 type albinism. Just from the one example of this little girl and her other siblings like her it reasonable to conclude that white people are the relatives of people like the Roma gypsy who according to www.livescience.com migrated to Europe from northwest India 1500 years ago. I am inclined to believe that the Roma are also descendants or are of the same type of people who were a constituent group in ancient Greece and Italy and in them Japheth the oldest son of Noah albeit with original dark brown and black skin is finally located. Also unlike Hamitic Africans, it appears that Indian Roma do not persecute their albinos but perhaps reproduce with them. This would in turn lead to a lightening of their skin tone as it has done for centuries when Blacks and Whites have children.
If there is enough of this mating you end up with mixed race offspring who tend to not look like either parent but another in between racial group who if they mate with each other produce a phenotype which calcifies or becomes a subset of the original parents. If the offspring produces with the racial group of either parent his child takes on the phenotype of that particular parent diluting the phenotype of the other parent. If his offspring does the same, the other for instance black parent’s gene is steadily diminished until he phenotypes out. He may actually loose phenotype by the third generation and sometimes it occurs in the first biracial offspring.
Therefore, when one considers history and look at the world today wherever Whites have encountered Blacks and by that I don’t necessarily mean Africans but people with melanin skin of brown and black there has tended to be race mixing which results in a band of mulattoes who more often than not this side of the resurrection has forgotten Black grandpa and grandma in the closet. Who is Egyptian becomes redefined, who is Arab becomes redefined, who is European becomes redefined, who is Berber becomes redefined and so on and so on. It is from the neglect of history and basic observation of racial miscegenation even today that Rupert Murdoch and those like him can so easily write Blacks out of history and state with perhaps sincere ignorance “Since When Are Egyptians Not White.” The following is a picture of Maria and her real mother.
